Update...

For those of you who are following my blogs I thought I would give you an update on my previous blogs.

Employment - I am currently still looking for a job.

Weight Loss - To date I've lost a total of 10 pounds. I have been fluctuating between 8 - 10 pounds since I hit the 10 pound mark. I have been sticking to my diet, but need to add some additional exercise to get the next 10 pounds off. I will let you know how that goes...

Walmart - After writing about Walmart, I actually have had really nice and talkative cashiers who were not only friendly, but also very helpful.

House - My house is still for sale and being looked at 2 to 3 times a week. Hopefully we will get a contract soon...

AT&T - Today I received my cell phone bill and it was for $365.66. My normal bill for my sons cell phone is $74.52 a month so you can understand my shock when I opened this bill today. I called AT&T and was told that I was charged $124.03 for the cell phones that I ordered last month along with $205.82 for early cancellation. I explained to the representative that I returned the new cell phones 3 hours after the phones were activated due to the phones not being compatible with my gmail account. I also stated that I had 30 days to return the phones without penalty. She put me on hold then came back acting as if she didn't know what I was talking about. I then went and got my receipt from when I returned the phones to the AT&T store and told her the store number, the date, the time and the persons name who the phones were returned to. I also told her that she better remove the charges from my bill. I was put on hold again and when she came back the second time, she said that she removed the charges and that I only owed my original amount of $74.52. She said she didn't see that I had returned the phones, but after looking some more was able to find that information and credit my account. Lesson Learned - SAVE your receipts!

This is my world...
